## Programmatic Ordering (MCP / API)

You can place orders programmatically. This is new — every order is reviewed
manually by Adminor staff while we evaluate the safety of agent-placed
orders. There is no auto-provisioning.

How it works:
1. Agent submits order via HTTP POST or MCP tool.
2. Order enters Adminor's manual review queue (status: pending_review).
3. Adminor staff verifies KYC and contacts the customer.
4. Customer receives a payment link via email.
5. Service is provisioned after payment is settled.

Expected first response time: 24 business hours.

Rate limits: 5 orders/hour/IP, 3 orders/24h/email. Disposable email
domains are rejected.

Manual review will stay in place until we have enough operational
data to define safer automation paths. Treat agent-placed orders as
proposals, not confirmed bookings.
