24/7 proactive monitoring
CPU, RAM, disk, network, SSL, HTTP status, certificate renewals and application-specific metrics via LibreNMS and Uptime Kuma. We get the alert before you do — and start acting immediately.
Daily backup + retention
Encrypted backup (AES-256) to a separate geographic location — typically our Proxmox Backup Server infrastructure. 30-day retention by default, longer on request. Monthly restore test.
Security hardening
SSH hardening (key auth, fail2ban), firewall rules, ModSecurity WAF, rootkit scanning and CIS benchmark baseline. Included as standard — not an upsell.
Swedish phone support

Managed hosting means the hosting provider takes responsibility for the server beyond raw hardware — OS updates, security patches, backup, monitoring and often incident response. You focus on your application, we focus on keeping the server up, updated and secure. The difference from unmanaged is significant: on unmanaged, all you get is root access — everything else is on you.

Yes. We onboard servers already running — at our infrastructure or at another provider. First step is an audit mapping OS version, installed software, security posture and gaps. You get a report before we start managing.
Security-relevant package updates from the OS vendor (Debian/Ubuntu/AlmaLinux/Rocky/RHEL). We follow CVE feeds, test patches in staging where available, schedule production windows and apply. Critical zero-day vulnerabilities (CVSS ≥ 9) get accelerated handling — typically within 24–72 hours.
Incremental nightly backup (encrypted, AES-256) to a separate geographic location. Retention: 30 days by default, up to 365 days on request. Monthly restore test to verify backups can actually be read back — an untested backup is not a backup.

Yes. All data handling, logging and backup happen in Sweden within the EU. Adminor is a Swedish operator with its own AS (AS51701). We can sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and provide audit trails on request.
On Essentials, non-critical incidents are handled next business day. Critical incidents (server down, security breach) can be escalated via on-call phone at hourly rates. For guaranteed 24/7 response, choose Business or Enterprise.
Yes, Windows Server 2019/2022 is included in our managed plans. Patch management via WSUS, backup via Veeam or Proxmox Backup Server (VM-level), and AD/Group Policy management if you run Active Directory.
SLA (Service Level Agreement) is a contractual commitment on response time and resolution time. Example on Business: response within 2 hours on critical incidents during business hours. Enterprise: 24/7 with 30 min response and financial consequences if we miss. Exact terms are negotiated into the contract.
Yes — at Enterprise tier, compliance support is included: hardening against CIS benchmarks, documentation for auditors, incident response plans and exercises. We are not certifiers, but we build environments that pass your audit.
Onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks: audit of the existing environment, fix of acute gaps, installation of monitoring and backup, documentation of applications. Then you move into ongoing operations with monthly reporting.
