You get a private endpoint (e.g. db-acme-prod.adminor.local) reachable from your Adminor VPS or dedicated server over a private VLAN. For external access (e.g. from your office) we set up VPN/IPsec or a TLS tunnel. The database is never directly exposed to the public internet.

Yes. Send us a dump (mysqldump, pg_dump) or give us access to the current server and we will handle the import + validation testing. For larger databases (>50 GB) we set up logical replication so you can cutover with under 5 minutes of downtime.

OS patches, database CVE patches, daily backups, monitoring of disk/RAM/connections/replication status, slow-query logging and proactive contact when problems appear. On Pro: also index-tuning advice and DBA support. What you do not get is us modifying your schema or writing your code — that's on you or your agency.

Daily full backup + binary log for point-in-time recovery (PITR) — continuous. Backup retention: 7 days (Start), 14 days (Business), 30 days (Pro). All backups are encrypted at rest and stored geographically separate from the primary instance.

Yes. On Business you can add a read replica (for read-heavy loads or geo-redundancy). On Pro a failover replica is included with automatic switchover on primary failure — typically <30 seconds failover time. Multi-AZ (Solna ↔ Västberga) on Enterprise.

Yes. All data resides in Stockholm-based data centres (Solna and Västberga). No subprocessors outside the EU/EEA. GDPR-safe from day one, no data transfer agreements needed for Swedish operations.

Traffic between Adminor resources (VPS, dedicated servers, databases) within the same data centre is free. Traffic via VPN to external networks is billed at standard bandwidth rates.

Yes. On Business we prioritise performance issues within 1 hour. On Pro DBA advisory is included: index tuning, query optimisation, schema migration and capacity planning. On Enterprise you have a dedicated DBA contact who knows your system.

Redis is hosted as a standalone instance (Start/Business) or cluster (Pro/Enterprise) with persistence (AOF or RDB depending on your needs). Common use cases: session store, WordPress object cache, Laravel cache, BullMQ/RQ job queues.
