Depending on the plan: remote support (unlimited in Standard/Premium), proactive monitoring, patch management, antivirus and helpdesk portal. No hidden hourly fees.

Critical issues: under 1 hour. Normal issues: under 4 hours during business hours. Premium customers have priority queue.

Yes. You can add more computers or devices at any time. Pricing is calculated proportionally for the remaining part of the month.

On-site is included in the Premium plan. For Basic and Standard, on-site visits are billed separately if remote support cannot resolve the issue.
