1) Contact us via the form. 2) We book a 30-min call to understand your volume and product mix. 3) You sign the partner agreement (short, standard terms). 4) You get partner-portal access and migrate/create your first customers. The whole process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
20% from your first VPS / web hosting — no volume threshold for entry-level discount. At 10,000 SEK/month combined across your customers you move to 30%, at 50,000 SEK/month to 40%. The tier is evaluated monthly so you are not locked at a lower level.
By default: you support your end customers. We support you. You have a direct channel (tier-2) to our engineers when escalation is needed. Want us to handle end-customer support too? That works — we can take over level-1 support on your behalf for an additional fee.
Yes. We do migrations free of charge for 5+ customers. For smaller volume we charge a symbolic fee. Standard process: we set up services in parallel, you cutover DNS in stages, the old hosting is decommissioned after 30 days.
One PDF invoice per month to you, itemised per customer and service. Plus CSV export if you need to import to your own billing system (e.g. Fortnox, Visma, Bokio, QuickBooks, Xero). You invoice end customers with your own margins under your own terms — we never appear on your invoice.
Yes. Adminor is a RIPE LIR (AS51701) and can issue PI prefixes, sponsor ASNs and establish BGP sessions for your customers. Common setup for MSPs hosting larger enterprises or offering multi-cloud solutions.
Yes, if you want. Custom control-panel domains (e.g. cp.youragency.com), your own SSL certificates, your logos in ISPConfig and email templates. For co-brand you can choose a "Hosted on Adminor" badge instead. Your end customers can be entirely unaware of Adminor if you prefer.
No. No setup fees, no commitments, no monthly minimums to retain the discount. The only rule is that we may adjust your discount tier monthly based on actual volume.
