Mac mini has 12 months of Apple warranty (extended to 36 months with AppleCare which we include for 36-month contracts). On hardware failure we handle RMA with Apple on your behalf. Yes, full admin access. It is your device — we just set up the foundation and do not take responsibility for configuration above macOS. If you need help with specific setups (self-hosted GitLab Runner, Fastlane, Jenkins) we offer this as consulting work.

Adminor acts as a hosting provider — we place your hardware in our data centre and invoice for rack space, power, network and operations. The legal model is the same as colocation: you own or lease the hardware, we host it. This is how AWS EC2 Mac, Scaleway and MacStadium operate. Apple has not challenged the model.

For typical CI/CD use cases the included bandwidth (1-5 TB depending on plan) is plenty. Above the included quota: 0.50 SEK per GB. For heavy video uploads or dataset transfers, unmetered add-ons can be arranged on a quote basis.

This is a known risk with Apple Silicon devices — if Find My Mac is enabled with a personal Apple ID, the device can become permanently locked (iCloud Activation Lock) in a way that not even DFU restore can lift. We prevent this from day 1 by enrolling every Mac mini in Apple Business Manager (ABM) before delivery. ABM means Adminor is the registered owner with Apple and can lift Activation Lock even if you forget to sign out. Contractually we recommend you use a Managed Apple ID (which we provide via ABM) instead of a personal Apple ID — this avoids the problem entirely.

At contract end we perform an MDM-driven cryptographic wipe of the device — Apple Silicon architecture erases all user data via the Secure Enclave in a way that meets the NIST SP 800-88 standard for Purge-level erasure. You receive a documented erasure report. The device can then be reused with another customer or sold as refurbished — without data leaking between customers.

Yes. App Store purchases are always tied to the Apple ID signed in on the device — not to the ABM organisation or the hardware. If you use a personal Apple ID, purchases go to your own payment method with Apple; Adminor sees nothing. If you use a Managed Apple ID (which we provide via ABM) you cannot make App Store purchases at all — apps are instead distributed via Apps and Books in ABM, which only an Adminor admin can initiate. No purchases are automatically triggered against Adminor's invoice.
