Yes, all plans include managed updates of WP core, plugins and themes. Minor patch updates (security patches) run automatically the following night. Major version updates (WP 6.5 → 6.6, or larger plugin updates with known breaking changes) are first tested in staging and rolled out after verification. On plugin conflict we roll back and investigate.

We clean and restore at no cost if the hack is due to security holes in WP core or plugins we are responsible for (Business and Pro). Daily ImunifyAV scanning and ModSecurity WAF block most common attacks before they reach WP. On breach: we isolate the site, clean malware, rotate all keys, review wp-config and plugins, restore from the latest clean backup and report what went wrong.

Yes, all plans include free migration. Send us access to your current hosting (FTP/SFTP + database export or WP-Admin) and we handle: database dump, file transfer, URL and path updates (search-replace in serialized data), DNS cutover and validation testing. Typically done within 24h with <5 minutes downtime via DNS TTL lowering. We migrate from Kinsta, WP Engine, GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround and most others.

All of them. We do not block plugins, unlike some international WP hosts (WP Engine blocks many caching and backup plugins for example). WP-CLI access is included in the Pro plan via SSH. On Start and Business, WP-CLI commands go through our support or a web terminal in the control panel. Full SSH shell access starts at Pro.

Business and Pro are dimensioned for 10-20x normal traffic without issue thanks to LiteSpeed cache and Redis. For expected larger spikes (influencer collaboration, national TV, viral content) we can temporarily scale up PHP pools and dedicated database.
